Mission Statement:

TOP' mission is to provide a teacher exchange opportunity that truly enriches the visiting teacher with an international teaching experience to carry back home and cherish for a lifetime, in addition to availing the students taught a rare opportunity of learning from some of the world's finest educators, therey elleviating the existent global academic imbalance, with immense fun and discories at every step.

 


With TOP coordination and support, Bob Eckert, CEO of New & Improve LLC, presents "Innovation Skills for Business" at Mutesa 1 Royal University in Kampala.


Dr. Ravi Ramakrishna, a TOP volunteer from Cornell University, teaching a math class at Makerere University, following a three months teaching stint at Kigali Institute of Technology in Rwanda.


Our Objective:

Tours of Purpose (TOP) is a teacher exchange program for teachers in elementary schools, high schools and for professors in universities world-wide. TOP strives to provide this unique service to all participating educators at the lowest cost to them and or their sending institutions. The driving force behind these TOP is the keen realization that our world will function better tomorrow if no student is deprived sound academic opportunities, and that fine education makes a difference one's life.
